I don't really know. (Part I)

I dont't really know. I only have them since December 2010. I remember talking about getting one. And saw this picture of Sang Chu. Immediately I'm in love with him!

I don't really know what to expect from a guinea pig. Only know them from the movie G-Force that I absolutely adore. Then, the nite before we take him, I browsed on my ipod reading up in about guinea pigs until its really2 late. The first site that I read is tis, I share u aaa - http://jackiesguineapiggies.com/piggycare.html - I read and read about her piggies and I learned that this is gonna be challenging for me. It's true BUT the fun and joy sweeps it all away.

Then. I don't really know. when I first saw him, he is quite small from what i expected.What do i really know of how big or small a month old piggy. Before we went to take him, we went to the pet store buys a simple medium cage, now that I know it's not big enough and very much unsuitable for guinea pig. He looked so tiny in his cage.

But what do I really know. I don't remember what kind of dried food we got for him. What I know was the first vegetable I gave him. Long beans. He ate it and he seems to like it. What frustrate me the most was that he runs away all the time. Went read again the link above and I realized I didn't really concentrate reading them before, hahaha. Guinea pig takes long time to trust you. They need to be sure of you. They wouldn't just run to your lap immediately.

But what do I know about it, right? Since I'm a newbie. Then, days passed, Sang Chu still hides away and seem to be sad. Read again on how Guinea pigs are social animal and they should live in pairs or groups.So we searched thru facebook looking for Sang Chu's partner. Then came across tis beautiful long haired female, yes you guess right, Sunny!! But she was sooooo expensive. We think about our options. Hehe. Since its the year end, bonuses are out. So we figured what the hell. (I use 'we' since it two person involve in the making now and then. haha.)

I still don't really know about how to raise them. We put Sang Chu and Sunny together. Sang Chu was very happy!! I googled and googled 'Guinea pig care' whenever I have the time. Then! hehe. Saw a video about guinea pig on u-tube, Piggypigspigs is the channel. We absolutely love her cages! I think and think and got the idea on how to improvise since I don't see the cube grids here. We bought the material and made medium sized cage from it. Then we got greedy! Not! Haha. The bigger the better as http://guineapigcages.com/ stated.

What I know is that I'm creative. Hahaha. Angkat bakul kajap. Watched all of her videos on what type of food, bedding, bathing and all that. Ohhh.. Im getting bored here. I'll stop here and continue next time. hehehe.
